Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson as an ironworker in Chillicothe on February 20, 1937. The mother of her child, Lillian Ryan worked as a household servant. Nancy is the eldest of six siblings. Nancy grew up listening to the records of her father and his passion for music. At the age of 4years old, Nancy was aware she would be a performer. She was able to develop her talents by singing with the church choir. When she was 15 and had a chance to win the talent show on T.V. and started appearing regularly in the Skyline Melodies Tv Show while still in High School. In the year she turned fifteen, she began her professional career at nightclubs. Nancy quit Central State University in Ohio after being matriculating for a full year. Her first record was recorded in 1956 by the Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band. The group performed with her throughout 1956 and 1957. Nancy released her debut recording through Dot Records during the time she spent in this band. Cannonball Adderley advised her to move to New York to further her professional career. She moved to The Big Town at the end of 1959. In less than a month she had been singing at The Blue Morocco Night Club located on Boston Road near The Bronx. The representative of Adderley saw her singing and instantly signed her. The contract was signed signing her with Capitol records in 1960 and she debuted the following year with the single. Guess whom I am seeing today. Capitol has released five Nancy Wilson albums within two years. Following the influence of Adderley the singer-songwriter shifted her focus away her focus from R&B to jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in 1962 helped to make her a star as well as her hit Tell Me the Truth was recorded in 1963. She was offered a job at New York's Coconut Grove nightclub, America's top club.

Maisie Richardson Sellers is an actor that is active in TV as well as films. Her best-known work was her character Chloe Winthrop on Netflix's The Kissing Booth. Also, she appeared in a principal role in The ABC Biblical series Of Kings and Prophets as King Saul of Israel's daughter Michal. She is the daughter of Joy Richardson. She went to an elite private school before graduating from Oxford University. She has a degree in Archaeology and Anthropology. Maisie first began acting in 2012 when she appeared in the film Our First World. In 2013, she portrayed Ellie in the film Americano and Rum. She played a cameo in the film as Korr Sella as Korr Sella on Short Wars: Forces Awakening in 2015. The actress portrayed Chloe Winthrop in Netflix's original film The Kissing Booth Season 2 and 3.
