Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson who was an ironworker in Chillicothe on February 20, 1937. The mother of her child, Lillian Ryan worked as housekeeper. Nancy was the eldest of six children. Nancy was influenced by her father's music taste as well as the music played at her family home. When she was young she had already developed a strong sense of her identity and the things she wanted to be. Church choirs was instrumental in developing her talent. After winning a talent competition on television when she was 15, she began to appear regularly on Skyline Melodies, while still in highschool. It was at that time that she began to work in night clubs at that similar age. After graduating from high school at the age of 17, Nancy matriculated for one year at Ohio's Central State College now Central State University before leaving and becoming professional as a singer. In 1956, she made her debut album with Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band with whom she toured from 1956 until 1958. Nancy started recording with Dot Records in 1956, while with the group. Cannonball Aderley suggested that she move into New York so as to improve her career. In 1959 she moved to The Big Town. After a few weeks, Adderley's manager was impressed by her voice and hired her. In 1960, she was signed to Capitol Records. That the same year, she debuted her first single. Guess who I saw in the present. Capitol issued five Nancy Wilson records in just two years. Adderley helped her move away from R&B and to focus on the torch and jazz genres. Nancy Wilson's collaboration in 1962 together with Cannonball Adderley propelled her to the top, and in 1963 she scored her first hit Tell Me the Truth. The song led to a performance in New York's Coconut Grove the premier night club in America that year, and she was a household name.

Maisie Richardson Sellers (born Maisie Elizabeth Sellers) is an British film and television actress. She played the role of Chloe's leading lady in the Netflix movie The Kissing Booth. She was Michal who was her daughter from King Saul in the ABC's biblical series Of Kings and Prophets. Other TV roles include The Originals, Legends of Tomorrow, Group Chat with Annie and Jayden, among others. In 2015, she played the character of Korr Sella in the film Short Wars: Force Awakening. Then, she appeared in the Netflix original film The Kissing Booth Season 2 in the role of Chloe Winthrop.
