Suzanne Pleshette worked as an actor and voice artist throughout the United States. She had over one hundred credits during her five decade-long career. Pleshette, a native New Yorker, started her career on the stage before gradually transitioning into film. Her most renowned films are "Rome Adventure", "The Birds", "Fate Is the Hunter" Then, If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium" as well as "Support Your Neighborhood Gunfighter. Films and TV appearances were also varied. There were four times that she was awarded an Emmy Award and Two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was considered for the Laurel Award twice and won it in 1963, when she starred in 'The Birds. Pleshette died in 2008 and was posthumously awarded a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
